WHAT IS BALI YOGA FAMILY?
True to our name, BALI Yoga Family (Bilingual Active Learning Immersion), we offer a bilingual and active learning experience through the movement of asanas, stories, and songs. Our sessions engage children actively, fostering self-awareness, respect for others, and connection with the world at large.
WHAT IS THE MAIN FOCUS OF BALI YOGA FAMILY CLASSES?
Our main goal is to teach Spanish interactively, allowing children to experience immersion in this second language. We use yoga to work with movements and put into practice the vocabulary learned. Additionally, we incorporate learning breathing techniques, relaxation, positive affirmations, and environmental values, cultivating a holistic connection in children and empowering their minds and hearts while our little ones learn Spanish.
WHAT LANGUAGE OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER FOR YOUR SERVICES?
We offer the option to receive our services in Spanish and English, allowing for immersion in a second language while enjoying the calm and mental well-being of yoga. For safety, the class will be conducted with 20% of the instructions and class explanations in English. The remaining 80% will be conducted in Spanish immersion.
HOW IS A BILINGUAL CLASS AT BALI YOGA FAMILY?
In a Bali Yoga Family class, our little ones have fun and use their imagination a lot. They interact throughout the session, and in some activities, they lead the class! Our classes are full of smiles and calmness. Through fun activities, asanas, stories, and songs, they learn Spanish naturally and joyfully.
WHY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF BILINGUAL YOGA?

In addition to our Bilingual Active Learning Immersion method we also provide special events aimed at raising awareness among children and/or parents about their inner power and connection with themselves, others, and the planet.

WHERE ARE YOUR SERVICES OFFERED?
Our Bilingual Active Learning Immersion in Spanish is offered in primary schools in Essex and London. We are in the process of opening our own center. Special events have their own designated addresses, which may vary for each event."

Bali Yoga Family does not align exclusively with any religion. For us, every human being on the face of the earth has unique gifts, energy, and beliefs that we deeply respect. Our goal is to elevate the consciousness of each individual to empower all that they already possess within.
